Entry into fresh and wide mouth, long finish, mineral and fruity aftertaste with memories of Mediterranean herbs (rosemary, lavender...).

    Red wine ripe cherry color with bright violet rim denoting youth yet. Clean and good tear formation. Very present wild red fruit, some touches of toast and smoked well integrated. The entry is fresh, gourmand and elegant with a lingering in the mouth. A properly structured wine.
  • Font de la Figuera Blanco...

    White wine of pale gold with green highlights denoting youth. Clean and bright. Intense aromas of white and yellow fruit, with a background of freshly cut grass and aniseed finish. Fresh entry with many different flavors of yellow fruit such as peaches or apricots and white fruits like pears. Nice finish, spicy and mineral. 65% Viogner (vines are approximately 18 years old). 30% Garnache a Blanc (vines are approximately from 15 to 80 years old). 5% Chenin Blanc (vines are approximately 15 years old).

    6Red wine red with good training teardrop and clean. Intense black fruit bouquet and licorice scent follows the Mediterranean forest aromas, with some spicy and minty notes well integrated. 85% Grenache y Carignan (vines are approximately 30-60 years) 10% Syrah 5% Mourvedre y Cabernet Sauvignon

    12Deep purple with ruby tinges. Aromatic intensity and complexity with explicit presence of preserved red fruit well balanced with the touch of toasty notes from the oak. The entry is soft, but it changes showing unpolished ripen tannins together with good volume and acidity. Fruity notes with a mineral character at the end of the mouth. Long and fresh aftertaste.

    Silvestris…wild, natural and Nature’s faithful one. Gratavinum Silvestris is a natural wine, just like it was elaborated thousands of years ago: only fermented grape juice with the grapes wildest yeasts, and without any additional substance. Originated in organic vineyards that have never received any chemical substance’s aggression, maximum expression of the earth’s natural essence and poisonous virgin.

    Dark garnet colour with violet hints, it is intense at the nose, dominated by fruity notes of ripe red and black high-purity with a light tan background of the barrels. Enters the mouth with great breadth, combining ripe fruit with balanced acidity and volume. Long and persistent, it can be distinguished for its great intensity and purity in all areas.

    An homage to the fruit character of Tinto Fino

    Here we search for the expression of the fresh and kind fruit of the grape that proceeds from a strict selection of vineyards between 15 and 30 years. The elaboration pretends to extract the maximum aromatic potential of the grape while preserving a balanced and mild wine to be enjoyed in any occasion. For that we employ a modern technique known as “cold soaking”, which we have been improving constantly until achieving maximum benefits: A good extraction of color and aroma with a low input of tannins.

  • Dominio Romano


    A new concept of Tinto Fino expression in the Ribera del Duero.

    Dominio Romano was created with a clear purpose: to pass on the character of the Tinto Fino grape and some of the best terroirs of the region into the glass.

    30 year old Tinto Fino vines are responsible for the creation of this greedy wine. A perfect melody of pleasant aromas of red and black fruits, which little by little as if it was a game, are hinting towards new hues (licorice, spices, cacao).

    Tasting note: Dark red color, the wine has an intense fruity aroma and a layer of toffee notes. On the palate it reflects the conditions of the harvest, reencountering a more elegant and fresh Ribera, much more lively with a higher acidity and soft tannins which distance us from the last hot and excessively mature years. A Ribera, more continental than ever, more fresh, fruity and soft.
