  • Dolc d'en Piqué

    About Extreme conditions of temperature during the summer and the concentration in the grapes provided by the terroir allow us to produce this excellent red sweet wine. Grapes were naturally overripe until the perfect point before they were harvested. We stopped the alcoholic fermentation to leave the residual sugars that give the sweetness, smoothness and character to the wine. Tasting Notes Dolç d’en Piqué is a wine that has intense deep ruby colour with purple tones, a great aromatic intensity and complexity with explicit presence of dry fruit aromas well balanced with the touch of toasty notes from the oak.On the palate it is soft and velvety. Intense aroma of dry fruits combined with vanilla and toasty notes from the barrel. Persistent and pleasant aftertaste.

    Red wine ripe cherry color with bright violet rim denoting youth yet. Clean and good tear formation. Very present wild red fruit, some touches of toast and smoked well integrated. The entry is fresh, gourmand and elegant with a lingering in the mouth. A properly structured wine.

    White wine of pale gold with green highlights denoting youth. Clean and bright. Intense aromas of white and yellow fruit, with a background of freshly cut grass and aniseed finish. Fresh entry with many different flavors of yellow fruit such as peaches or apricots and white fruits like pears. Nice finish, spicy and mineral. 65% Viogner (vines are approximately 18 years old). 30% Garnache a Blanc (vines are approximately from 15 to 80 years old). 5% Chenin Blanc (vines are approximately 15 years old).

  • Silvestris Gratavinum Priorat


    Silvestris…wild, natural and Nature’s faithful one. Gratavinum Silvestris is a natural wine, just like it was elaborated thousands of years ago: only fermented grape juice with the grapes wildest yeasts, and without any additional substance. Originated in organic vineyards that have never received any chemical substance’s aggression, maximum expression of the earth’s natural essence and poisonous virgin.

    Dark garnet colour with violet hints, it is intense at the nose, dominated by fruity notes of ripe red and black high-purity with a light tan background of the barrels. Enters the mouth with great breadth, combining ripe fruit with balanced acidity and volume. Long and persistent, it can be distinguished for its great intensity and purity in all areas.

    Deep purple with ruby tinges. Aromatic intensity and complexity with explicit presence of preserved red fruit well balanced with the touch of toasty notes from the oak. The entry is soft, but it changes showing unpolished ripen tannins together with good volume and acidity. Fruity notes with a mineral character at the end of the mouth. Long and fresh aftertaste.
