Macabeu (60%) from an old vineyard of Cal Miret combined with Chardonnay (40%) cultivated at high altitudes, together with a touch of oak barrel, give us a structured and complex cava that can have a very long ageing. It reminds us of a lady from the haute bourgeoisie, full of elegance and refinement. A cava made to satisfy the most exquisite palates.

Visual: Straw yellow with hints of new old color.
Bouquet: Sophisticated aroma that comes from ageing in oak barrels. It has creamy notes that remind us at candied fruit with toasty hints very well balanced.
Palate: In the mouth we can appreciate that it is a different cava. Long and persistent aftertaste. Complex and with very well integrated dioxide.
