Brut Nature, a contemporary sparkling wine, where the fruit and the freshness of the most classic cavas mantain, but the body from the Xarel·lo grape plays an important role, and the aromatic complexity increases.
Coupage of the three traditional varieties of the Penedès with a different approach: Xarel·lo (44%), Macabeu (26%) and Parellada (30%).
Visual: Golden yellow color, a result of its longer ageing.
Bouquet: On the nose it is intense, with notes of brioche and mature fruits.
Palate: Soft and balanced, which shows good structure. The secondary aroma from the ageing dominates, with light toast and hints from yeast. Long and complex finish.
