Crémant de Loire Brut, Armantine, Amirault Vignerons

Armantine was the great-grandmother of Xavier Amirault. Of Angevine origin, Armantine completed the family vineyard composed of Cabernet Franc, by bringing her pretty Chenin blanc.

Vinification: Once they arrive at the cellar, the whole bunches, harvested by hand, are carefully sorted.
A pneumatic pressing is carried out a few hours after the harvest. During the pressing, the juices are selected, with separation of “Cuvées” and “Taille”.

Maturation: In accordance with the Traditional Method, the base wine is bottled and the second fermentation (or "prise de mousse") is done in bottles.
In order to obtain fine bubbles, we let our bottles rest on slats for 18 to 24 months on average.

Tasting: This "Elegant sparkling Brut", both ample and fresh on the palate, embellished with nice fruity flavors, will enhance your festive and refined moments.
The fruity flavors of this fresh Crémant de Loire will delight your taste buds and those of your guests.
As an aperitive or on a dessert made with fruits.

Musical pairing: Grace Jones - La vie en rose
