COLOUR : Beautiful pale yellow colour with green reflections BOUQUET : Mild notes of fresh almonds and white flowers PALATE : Its aromas are enhanced by a hint of citrus fruit TERROIR : At the foot of the Vercors range along the Drôme river, on its rocky and steep slopes – among the highest in France – our vineyard enjoys a sharply contrasted climate. Severe winters and dry summers mould its flamboyant features under the bright sunshine of Provence. SOIL : Clay-limestone GRAPE VARIETY : 83% Clairette Blanche, 15% Aligoté , 2% Muscat à petits grains.

|Production Method||Entirely gathered by hand, the Crémant de Die Brut is made using the Traditional Method.After an initial fermentation in tanks, the wine is bottled and the addition of a tirage liqueur made of sugars and selected yeasts triggers off a second fermentation.The maturing process takes one to three years on slats.Adding an expedition liqueur, after the removal of sediments by freezing bottlenecks and disgorging, ends up the process.|
