Production Method | Winemaking: the vinification is carried out off the skins, soft pressing the grapes. The fermentation occurs with selected yeasts in French oak barrels (225 lt.) in a temperature-controlled room with frequent batonnages. After the fermentation is completed, the wine is aged a few more months, for a total of 10 months in the barriques in contact with the lees, before it is bottled.
