From old vines are old with yield kept very low resulting in a concentrated wine. A full bodied, intense taste of Grenache, raw meat, pepper, liquorice. A succulent wine with depth, savoury spice and silky grip. Only 4000 bttl are produced per year. Blend: Grenache 70%, Syrah 20%, Mourvedre 5%, Cinsault 5%

Production Method No chemicals are used. Harvested by hand, transported in baskets. The grapes are fermented whole (not crushed), which leads to slow fermentation. No filtration or fining. Low level of sulphites is used. 18-30 months in barrels.
