Domaine Plouzeau, La Roche

From a selection of plots located on the southern slopes of the Left Bank, harvested by hand and vinified with great care, this wine reproduces perfectly its soil and its grape variety.

Vinification:
Manual harvest to keep the grapes entires.
Slow fermentation with natural yeast and without further additions to have a fruity wine.
The ageing is made during 9 months on tank after the malo-lactic fermentation.

Tasting comments:
Sight : limpid, brilliant and deep ruby color
Bouquet : expressive with aromas of red fruits and violet
Palate : in attack the aromas of red fruits are very present.
In the middle of the mouth, this wine lines the palate with its rich and elegant tannins
