Elaborated with a coupage of autochthonous varieties (Garnacha and Samsó) and the contribution of theSyrah, variety very well adapted to the territory. All of them come from vineyards between 20 and 50 years planted in different types of soil. After the alcoholic fermentation we leave in maceration for about 15 days, the wine performs the malolactic fermentation and after the final blend, it rests in new French oak barrels for 7 months.
Sight cherry red intense, with violet reflections. Clean and bright. Abundant tear. Intense, with complex aromas. Initially, the red and black fruit is the protagonist. When opened, the fruit becomes more intense and is accompanied by notes of good toasted and slightly sweet spices. Subtle balsamic background that provides a good freshness. Wide entrance, with a dense and silky passage. Fruit and toast with spicy touches fill the mouth. Tannins marked but pleasant. Correct acidity Very balanced Long and persistent finish very pleasant.
An excellent Montsant of modern character, very tasty and elegant.
