Falchini Grappa di Vernaccia
During the harvest, immediately after the pressing, the Vernaccia di San Gimignano grape pomace is placed to rest in special hermetically sealed containers. This guarantees the best conditions for alcoholic fermentation at the distillery, preserving unaltered the characteristics of the wine.
The finished product is packaged as Grappa di Vernaccia di San Gimignano: it is characterized by an intense and sweet fragrance, reminiscent of the just-pressed Vernaccia di San Gimignano marc, as well as a full and dry taste.
