The elected, produced with a really old vines from Xarel·lo.
Delicate and complex, full of nuances and memories. Elegant and mysterious as satin.
A lady in the night…
100% Xarel·lo from old vines cultivated applying Biodynamic farming.
Visual: Pale yellow colour with light greenish tints. Clear and transparent.
Bouquet: Good intensity, with notes of very mature white fruits and floral tones.
Palate: Soft, with a voluptuous body and creamy texture coming from the battonage. The fruit predominates again over the wood, leaving a pleasant and balanced finish.
Serving temperature: 14-15 °C
